Connected case journey

From request to controlled result delivery.

Every stage has a clear owner, documented evidence and a visible next action—reducing fragmented email and manual follow-up.

01

Referral

The employer creates a screening request and provides the required lawful-request attestation.

02

Consent

The candidate receives a secure invitation and completes versioned consent.

03

Appointment

The case is coordinated with an appropriate clinic and an available time slot.

04

Clinic report

The clinic completes its work and submits the report through its protected portal.

05

Review & release

JobSelection reviews the case before the approved outcome is published to the owning client.

Security & confidentiality

Sensitive screening data needs more than a password.

The platform is designed around separated access, controlled disclosure and an evidence trail. Security controls must still be validated against the final hosting, storage, email and privacy configuration before production use.

ROLE-BASEDAUDITABLECONTROLLED RELEASE
01

Role and organization isolation

Separate portal routes, tenant scoping and field-level permissions limit each participant to the appropriate workspace.

02

Privileged account protection

MFA support, account lockout, session controls, password recovery and passkey capability protect sensitive access.

03

Protected documents

Encrypted local storage is supported, while managed object storage requires S3 server-side encryption with KMS.

04

Controlled result release

Clinic submission, JobSelection review and explicit publication separate reporting from client delivery.

05

Auditable activity

Authentication, workflow, privacy, document and download events are recorded in the audit trail.

06

Retention and recovery

Configurable retention, anonymization, backup verification and disaster-recovery records support accountable operations.

Built for accountable operations

Visibility without losing control.

The platform combines practical case management with the access, consent and review controls needed for sensitive screening work.

01

Role-based access

Organization and portal isolation with scoped permissions.

02

Operational command centre

Case owners, priorities, deadlines, next actions and exception queues.

03

Candidate workflow

Referral, duplicate checks, consent, appointments and communications.

04

Clinic coordination

Capacity, availability, accreditation context and secure reporting.

05

Controlled outcomes

Clinical review, approval and explicit publication to the owning client.

06

Audit-ready records

Documented actions, consent versions, communications and event history.

Verified foundations

Trust built on evidence—not invented numbers.

Corporate credentials are linked to JobSelection’s published sources. Platform performance figures will be published only after enough validated production data exists.

01

Partnerships and accreditation

Clinic coverage and capability are confirmed case by case. We do not present a provider as an accredited partner until its documentation and scope are verified.

02

Testimonials and case studies

Client names, quotes and results will be published only with written permission and a reviewable source. Request the references currently approved for your sector.

03

Coordination times

The CRM measures referral-to-appointment time, clinic turnaround, report-to-release time and SLA adherence. Public averages will follow validated production reporting—not estimates.

Legal questions

Practical answers, with the right caveats.

These answers are general information and do not replace jurisdiction-specific legal or medical advice.

01Is workplace drug testing automatically lawful?+

No. The permitted approach depends on the country, role, purpose, employment context and data-protection framework. Employers should obtain local legal and occupational-health advice before implementation.

02Can a screening result be used as a final result?+

A non-negative rapid screening should follow the defined confirmation process, normally involving an appropriately accredited laboratory, before employment or disciplinary decisions are considered.

03Is employee consent always the legal basis?+

Not necessarily. Employment consent may not always be considered freely given. The lawful basis, transparency information and internal procedure require case-specific legal assessment.

04Who can see the final result?+

The platform separates portal access. Clinic documentation is reviewed through the controlled workflow, and an approved outcome is explicitly published to the owning employer. Results are not displayed in the candidate portal.

05How long is screening data retained?+

Retention depends on the controller’s documented policy and applicable law. The platform supports configurable retention and anonymization, but the employer must approve the final policy.
